South beach was great. Although it rained in the morning, the weather cleared up later in the day.

South Beach’s real estate prices were surprisingly low (compared to Seattle’s high prices). Our suite (pictured above) was sold for $375,000; new construction on ocean drive was in the $300,000 - $700,000 range (amazing considering the apartments are a block away from the beach).
